Did you know, that you can compete in Pinball competitions and leagues? Until last night, I didn’t know that was a thing. I hosted the first Pimp Your Post Thursday on the Steemit Ramble discord last night. There were several people in attendance. If you missed it, don’t worry, there is another next Thursday at 7:30pm EDT.

The purpose of the evening is for Steemizens to bring along a recent post, share it with the assembled and talk about the post and their blog. We had a small group last night but some great sharing.

@anaman is fairly new to Steemit. He’s from Ghana and was introduced to Steemit through Nigerians He was experiencing some connection issues but he hung in and we were able to hear from him. What Are Dreams?

@kdneeley had a double challenge last night, having problems with both her mic and her sound board. I’m grateful that she hung in through the chat and shared this post on dreaming with us. I also learned she’s a very talented artist, visit her profile for more great writing and to see some of her artwork. Just awesome.

My Favorite Music: Music With A Message

When @sargento arrived last night he stated his intention was to just listen. We must have grown on him as he did eventually share this post. While he has written it directed at his fellow Americans, it really applies to any who serve their nation around the world.

I glanced at FB a while ago and found that police are searching for a missing veteran in the Ottawa area. That is often a precursor to learning yet another veteran has succumbed to the demons of war. War doesn’t end when the troops arrive home, often their biggest battles are still to come.
