Iligan City is a 1st class highly urbanized city in Northern Mindanao, Philippines which has a population of 342,618 people (2015 census). Considering this, there is a great potential of Iligan Steemians to grow in number, @steemph.iligan is doing its very best to further reach others by spreading information and bringing more Ilginanons into the platform.
However, these Steemians especially the new-comers will be needing guidance and support, thus the "Daily and Weekly Featured Posts" is created - to showcase and support deserving Steemians in their Steemit Journeys. Thanks to @precise, @steemph, @steemph.curator and other steemph hubs who initiated these projects.The featured posts will receive a 100% upvote from both @steemph.iligan and @steemph.curator.
SteemPh Iligan Daily Featured Posts
Our daily updates feature posts by authors mainly from Iligan City and its neighboring provinces until hubs/communal group are formed in their community under SteemPH. Currently, we have #iliganon-ni-bai and #iligan-posts channel in Steemit Philippines discord, where Iligan Steemians can communicate and post links to share and promote.
Our new "SteemPh Iligan Daily Featured Posts" is a continuation of the usual @steemph.iligan's daily best posts compilation, however, 3 posts will be featured only per day. This is to comply with @steemph.curator's effort in rewarding good/ high-quality posts of Steemians in each @steemph hubs.
To be featured:
- You must be a member of @steemph.iligan hub. Join us in our facebook page and steemit philippines discord.
Your post:
- must be composed of not less than 300 words
- must not be less than 3 attached photos to emphasize context (Photos that are not yours should be properly given credits to its owner/s).
- must not be more than 24 hours and should not be less than 1 hour by the time of compilation
- must contain at least #steemph or #philippines tag or both
SteemPh Iligan Weekly Featured Posts (Poetry, Music and Art)
When God made it rain with skills and talents, Iligan Steemians were definitely out with basins to catch it all. The "SteemPh Iligan Weekly Featured Posts" showcases the Iligan Steemians' skills and talents in terms of Poetry, Music and Art. This initiative is created to help Iliganon poets, musicians, artists to express, be exposed and encourage them to create and share their hidden skills and talents here in Steemit. This compilation is open for Cebuano, Filipino and English Languages.
To qualify
For the Art Weekly featured post, Your drawings/paintings/digital art or etc :
- must be in a step-by-step process on how you created the masterpiece.
- must be composed of not less than 300 words to explain further how did you make it
- must not be less than 3 attached photos to emphasize context
- must not be more than 7 days and not less than 1 day old by the time of compilation
- must contain at least #steemph or #philippines tag or both
For the Music Weekly featured post:
- You must say your steemit username at the beginning of the video.
- If your song is an original composition, state "My Original Composition" at the title, if otherwise, then give credit to its owner.
- must be at least three (3) minutes duration video
- must not be more than 7 days and not less than 1 day old by the time of compilation
- must contain at least #steemph or #philippines tag or both
For the Poetry Weekly featured post, Your poem:
- must be at least four (4) stanzas
- must be in tagalog, bisaya or english
- must not be more than 7 days and not less than 1 day old by the time of compilation
- must contain at least #steemph or #philippines tag or both
The aim of this initiative is to support and encourage Iligan Steemians to consistently post high-quality contents with standards stated above, be featured in our daily compilation of Iligan's best posts and be rewarded with decent upvotes.
