This issue of The Daily Whistle Stops is a little ... well, different. First of all, most, if not all of the entries here have expired. While you can certainly still read, enjoy and comment on them, Steemit's unfortunate 7-day payout policy means, you can't upvote them. (If you find one you really love, find something more recent on the author's account that you can reward and drop an upvote there, ok?)
To try and shorten a long explanation, a chunk of articles that were being processed last week ... got set aside and never retrieved. None of those in the "lost" pile but deemed promotable made their way into either TDWS or my Inbox project.
When I discovered this oversight, it was still possible to upvote all but a few of the MIAs -- and we did. Those that should have made their way into public exposure are included here in this "special edition" of TDWS. I will be personally contacting those accounts who were not properly rewarded with the proposal I have to make you whole.
Because we skipped an issue of TDWS yesterday, due to a lack of quality content over the week-end ... a coincidence completely unrelated to this problem, this will not affect the weekly vote allowance for our group account among our auto-voters, although there will be a shorter than normal time space between this issue and the next.
That "next" issue will be published mid-day to early afternoon tomorrow. After that, we should be back to "business as usual" again. Keep handing me good content ... I'll keep handing you upvotes. Have a good day -- and do ramble down through these contents!
