Gooseberry & Alo Vera
- Take 2-3 gooseberies & seperate seeds, make juice then mix one cup of water into the juice. Drink daily one cup in empty stomatch.
- Alo Vera is also very helpful to cure diabetes. Keep Alo-Vera leaves in one cup of water whole night, next morning drink that water in empty stomatch. Alo Vera juice is also very helpful if you can make it at home, after peel-off it's leaves.
