This round I will try to introduce another F&B brand that is under our company management. Besides Burger Giler Power and Big Hug, this will be our third F&B branding, it name Wheeloaf. If we wanna put it according to the timeline will be like this... First started with Burger Giler Power as home delivery business, then get to include wheeloaf in our company (around 2015), last will be Big Hug Burger (around 2017).

Wheeloaf is a bit different with BGP and Big Hug. Wheeloaf doesn't have a outlet to perform daily operation, all the income will be coming from our foodtruck event.
Wheeloaf specializein wraps and paninis sandwich. The menu option will be petty simple. There will be beef, chicken and vegetarian menu for our customer to choose from. So if you are a person who loves to see wraps or sandwich in your lunch box, then you should probably have a try out our menu one day.

Now let's talk about my favorite menu! There are many types of delicious food in our menu, so I will just bring you guys the one that I loved the most. I posted up Wheeloaf lunch menu for you guys to see just in case if you are interested with the other menu as well. My Favorite Menu from Wheeloaf:
What we call: Mighty Beef Paninis/sandwich
What is inside: Delicious slow cooked pull beef, fresh vegetables like green coral lettuce, capsicum, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
What is the sauce: Smoked BBQ sauce with pull beef gravy.
Mighty Beef, by Wheeloaf. Just FYI, "Panini" originated from italy. What it means is grilled sandwich.
Why I love this?
Firstly will be the bread. I am a bread person. The bread actually play a really huge factor for me to pick paninis over wraps. The bread we actually got it from one of our friends who owns "Baker Brother". We have been working together since the time of BGP till now. We willing to maintain a long term business relationship with them because of the product they deliver is always on par with our expectation. Because of this, you won't feel like the sandwich is dry and hard but fresh and tasty. That really will open up your appetite and make you craving for more! :)
Secondly will be the beef. Try to imagine our chef mix up all the species and condiments into the bit pot and cook the beef for 4 hours! All the flavors locked into the beef itself! When you grab a bit on it, there will be a mouthful of pull beef inside the sandwich! Arhhhhhh~ Tell me how can you don't get satisfy with that amount of meat within your mouth? XD
Besides the bread and meet, I personally thinks that the sauce and gravy play a huge role as well. I'm petty sure that you have those experience which I bought yourself a sandwich for lunch but it is cold and dry on the inside? For us, we are not just serving in one type of sauce but we added in additional flavor (pull beef gravy) to enhance the taste of our sandwich! When customer enjoy our sandwich, their mouth not just full of BBQ but also the long hour pull beef gravy too!
Last but not least, the portion and quality. In order to let our customer enjoy their sandwich with joy, we will make sure that our food all will be freshly served. Everything will be hot to your fingers. When you eat it you still can pull the melted mozzarella along the way. That is the standard that we want to keep and make our customer satisfy. Want to enjoy it to the fullest? Order a cup of hot coffee to match it with our sandwich. Nothing can stop you anymore from there. XD
