They are several reason they want to end anonymous payment systems
1-It can be used as a replacement for phone verification for social networks account creation (currently all social medias ask for it if you are using anonymizing proxy like Tor)
2- It can be used for anomalously running an online business like advertisement platform in dictatorships which hate citizens easy life & real private sector. I have evidence for this hate (There is both political and non political reasons that they hate these two.)
3-In some online platform, content creators can get paid without revealing their identity to platform staff.
How they will stop it:
Using fake crimes like terrorist group, they urge world ban anonymity.
