So, last month a bunch of drives failed in my travel nas at the same time.
These travel drives went on sale so I grabbed three to get started. I will rip them apart and add them to the system. I'm hoping to get everything running in the next couple weeks and use it for my travel server.
When I'm on the road its typically to places that still don't have great internet, so I like to have a small server with me so I can keep working like I'm in the home office.
I don't recommend using these type of drives for this application, but since I don't expect to be ACTUALLY travelling for the next 6 months at least, this will get me set up again. If trip is planned I will order some solid state or NAS rated drives to replace them with.
