I have been working to increase my SIM Power so that it would exceed 8000 SIM Power and be reflected in game. It is now reflected so that now I can work to get it higher. My overall goal is to increase my Hive Power. I look for ways other than the obvious of content creation and curation rewards to help increase it.
I believe that every little bit helps and that if you have several passive income in flows, it is better than having just one or two. This is one of the ways that I diversify my passive income that ties into my overall goal of increasing my Hive Power. And this way I have fun as well.
My SIM Power is currently at 9330.88 SP. I will be working to increase this each and every month. Since I have finally gotten my SIM Power high enough, I am now receiving Liquid Hive on a daily basis. These are called SIM holding rewards.
I believe in starting small and then working to slowing increase it over time. As I have fun playing dCity, my earnings will continue to grow. The first item on the list reflects that I am receiving 39.3 APR from my SIM holdings. This is really a great return in my opinion.
Paid Off Student Debt
I had noticed that one of my students had accumulated student debt. Due to this, I decided to pay off that student debt for 100 SIM. Once the debt was paid the Student entered adult life as a Policeman.
Since this is my first Policeman, I did a little research and noticed that the Policeman NFT has some special effects. It helps to decrease my dCity's crime rate and also give a tax refund.
Current dCity Map
I need to continue growing my dCity but after this week's actions, I no longer have any unemployed so it is reflecting "Perfectly balanced" I have found that this is very hard to maintain as the dCity is always in fluctuation from day to day and week to week. But I like trying to explore all the many ways to maintain the balance.
I have a ways to go with my SIM income because of the high tax rates. This is why I find the Tax Refunds from my citizens so important. I currently have a negatvie 8 SIM income but receive 4 SIM per day due to the tax refunds. This daily receipt of SIM will also help increase my SIM Power. It is another one of those small items that work on to help my overall growth.
