I had purchased a Research Center last week but did not add workers to operate it. Due to this, two other buildings went inactive when the Research Center was activated. This week, I will take steps to rectify that oversight while still growing my dCity.
Technology Tree
For Technology to be researched, you will need to have unlocked one of the Technology tree branches. Previously, I started on the Education Branch by unlocking the Free Internet Connection slot.
Today, I will unlock the next slot, Better Documentation Practice requiring payment of 60 SIM.
I will need to continue to working on unlocking the remaining slots in this branch. I also need to work on getting my Education stat up to 80 from 13.
Auction Item
I like looking to see which items are up for Auction. Today, a Law Firm is up for bid. The current low bid is only 122 SIM so I will place a bid of 150 SIM to see if I can get it.
Inactive Buildings
I have two inactive buildings from acquiring the Research Center - Casino and Pizzeria.
The Casino requires 10 workers while the Pizzeria requires 6. I will be adding some workers so that I can get one of these back up and running.
My stats show that I need to hire 14 workers to active both, I will be adding 4 workers so that the Pizzeria is activated.
This seemed to work as now I only have one inactive building which is the Casino.
