I selected decline payout on my previous post but it doesnt seem to have worked?

I have selected decline payout AGAIN on this post and i want to see what happens so i will wait a few mins this time before posting

Maybe the social media mira side of hive is slow? And needs time for changes to take effect much like the changes made on a profile pic etc?
