The draconian measures being taken by many of the nation’s governors are just the precursor to a much darker agenda — a taste of what is to come. Once mandatory vaccinations are in place — the genetically-based ones containing nanotechnology — the sensors will act when triggered by 5-G technology. The two are designed to work together.
Another important factor is that all of the pharmaceutical companies, Inovio, Moderna, and perhaps more important BioPort, all specialize in DNA and mRNA vaccine research. As discussed in Part 1, all affect the human genome when administered. The “science” behind the COVID-19 vaccine search is not as much to cure the disease as it is to collect the DNA of the entire country and have the ability to manipulate it. The nanotechnology embedded will allow the 5G network to be used as a weapon where individual people can be targeted. You didn’t think “social distancing” was about the virus did you?
If this was only about controlling the disease, the HCQ – AZ- Zinc protocol would work fine. The patent for Remdesivir (™) is held by Gilead who has a contract with China to manufacture it — the same China responsible for the bio-attack. Does anyone seriously believe they would send us unadulterated drugs — especially in light of the defective masks they’ve been distributing around the world?
Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and Your DNA
The Gates Foundation has been handing out grants to companies looking for a vaccine, but only those that are researching DNA and mRNA cures. Given that the HCQ regimen appears to be effective, one would naturally wonder why — unless there’s something nefarious afoot. Gates has long been an advocate of depopulation, he’s a eugenicist following in the footsteps of his father. The science behind DNA-based vaccines is still unproven, whereas the HCQ protocol is both safe and effective.
As discussed in Part 1 the NIH has been doing research into DNA vaccines for over 5 years now and Moderna, a Massachusetts based pharmaceutical firm has begun testing on humans of a potential CV-19 vaccine.
“The company Moderna is working on a Coronavirus vaccine, which they expect will go into clinical trials in April. Dr. Fauci has heaped praise on Moderna and said that a vaccine is the only way to definitively assure the end of the virus. Gates is working on multiple Coronavirus vaccine projects.”1
Moderna had previously been working on an HIV vaccine that they believed showed promise for other viral infections.
“Moderna Therapeutics said today [Jan 2016] it received an initial $20 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to develop a new affordable combination of messenger RNA–based antibody therapeutics geared toward preventing HIV infection.”
“In the partnership with the Gates Foundation, Valera will apply its mRNA vaccine platform as well as Moderna’s drug platform Messenger RNA Therapeutics™. Designed to produce human proteins, antibodies, and entirely novel protein constructs inside patient cells, the therapeutics are secreted or active intracellularly.”
“Just yesterday, Moderna said one Valera-developed infectious disease vaccine, mRNA 1440, is the subject of a Phase I study that has begun in Europe. Another, mRNA 1850, is the subject of an IND filed with the FDA, with a Phase I study expected to begin later in the first quarter. Moderna has not disclosed the targets and indications for either vaccine nor for a third vaccine candidate, mRNA 1566, which the company has licensed to Merck & Co.”2
RNA, for the uninformed, are “messenger cells” that carry messages from DNA that instruct proteins how to act. If you notice, a recurring theme throughout this search for a vaccine is that they are all DNA/mRNA based — they all operate by changing existing genetic material within the body of the patient. Another important factor is that this is a joint effort, Moderna’s human testing uses a vaccine created by Inovio called INO-4800. Valeria is merely a subset of Moderna.
Moderna also has ties to Dr. Anthony Fauci in addition to the Gates Foundation.

The “proprietary smart device” likely has to do with the nanotechnology necessary to trigger the mRNA responses required for the vaccine to work. Rather than a drug protocol that seems to work — HCQ-Zpac-Zinc — the US government, behind Dr. Fauci is pushing for an unknown quantity that consists of nanotechnology and foreign genetic material. This nanotechnology undoubtedly contains a biometric ID that will allow tracking 24/7. Moreover the DNA of everyone that takes the vaccine will be on file.
Add to that 5G, which can be weaponized and you have deadly consequences. If the government only wanted to cure the virus the HCQ protocol has worked every time it was used… but this is about something much larger and more nefarious. Most Americans alive today under the age of 50 have already had their immune systems bombarded by vaccines. The effect is that their immune systems have been compromised, not only by the vaccines themselves but by the mercury, aluminum, and other heavy metals. This leaves them susceptible to any number of outside forces — viruses, and particularly 5G. 5G has been weaponized, that much has been proven beyond doubt. The nanotechnology in the vaccine for CV-19 can act as a kill-switch for 5G — you didn’t think that “social distancing” was only about the virus did you?
Emergent Solutions/BioPort
All of these companies in search of a CV-19 vaccine are linked together by one of the most corrupt biopharmaceutical companies in existence — Emergent Solutions, formerly BioPort who some may remember from the anthrax scare several years ago. “A series of company scandals, controversial federal bail-outs and severe, adverse health reactions among U.S. troops were causing both Congress and the Pentagon to reconsider its multi-million dollar contract to provide the military with an anthrax vaccine.”
“Formed for the sole purpose of acquiring a publicly-owned company in Michigan that held the exclusive license to manufacture the only FDA-approved anthrax vaccine in the United States, BioPort sought to quickly expand the size and scope of its contracts with the U.S. military. This strategy was made possible thanks to the former head of the Joints Chiefs of Staff, Adm. William Crowe, who would prove highly instrumental in the rise of BioPort’s vaccine monopoly and its subsequent, aggressive hiring of former government officials as lobbyists.”4
In what looks like another government/private sector slush fund much of the money went unaccounted for; something not unfamiliar to anyone cognizant of how government works — remember the $800 hammers and $900 toilet seats from years back. To make a long story short, instead of shutting the operation down, they just threw more taxpayer money at it; also something familiar.
“While BioPort seemingly faced imminent ruin from these and other scandals in August 2001, the 2001 anthrax attacks that followed a month later came at just the right time for the company, as demand for their anthrax vaccine soon skyrocketed, resulting in new lucrative government contracts. Their license was also quickly renewed thanks to intervention from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) despite many of the problems with its production facility persisting.”5
A key figure in this is a man named Jerome Hauer, a longtime executive at the Dept of HHS and now a member of the board of directors at Emergent Solutions, who also happens to also be connected to the Gates Foundation — just one big happy family. Hauer also participated in Operation Dark Winter, who the reader may remember from other articles here at Zenith News.
“One of their biggest proponents of expanding BioPort’s contracts was working for HHS at the time — Jerome Hauer, a man who not only had foreknowledge of the anthrax attacks but had also participated in the Dark Winter simulation that would also predict those same attacks just months prior. Hauer would, months later, be appointed to a newly created position at HHS, one which oversaw the new biodefense stockpile from which BioPort would be a major beneficiary.”
“Not only did Emergent Biosolutions profit from national anthrax fears, they would also cash in on subsequent pandemic panics and later receive substantial backing from the Bill Gates-backed Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI). They would then turn their attention to the still-raging opioid addiction and overdose crisis by buying rights to the only drug approved for treating opioid overdoses at the scene while also suing any and all generic producers of this crucial, life-saving treatment.”6
And now Emergent is about to cash in on the COVID-19 vaccine race by sponsoring the efforts of Moderna and Inovio.
“Given its history, it should come as little surprise that Emergent Biosolutions is now set to profit from the Coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis. They are particularly well-suited to make record profits off of COVID-19, as they are backing not one, but two, vaccine candidates as well as an experimental blood plasma treatment already approved for trials in New York state, thanks in part to Jerome Hauer’s old boss, New York governor Andrew Cuomo. As noted in a previous article for The Last American Vagabond, the other main companies developing COVID-19 vaccines in the U.S. are strategic partners of the controversial Pentagon research agency DARPA, which has become increasingly aligned with HHS in recent years thanks to another Dark Winter participant, Robert Kadlec.”7
One logical question that naturally arises from this, is what possible interest would DARPA, a component of the Defense Dept., have in vaccine research — unless this is about more than vaccine research and enters the dark world of weaponized 5-G.
The End Game
Before continuing let’s sum up where we are right now. Democrat governors around the country are ratcheting up their lockdown efforts because it’s their only chance of political survival. If they’re unable to sustain the panic until after the election, Trump wins and their hopes of a totalitarian utopia go up in smoke. But there’s a lot more at stake than just an election — this is the globalists’ attempt to impose a permanent police surveillance state; and the vaccine is the key. This is about total control of society and people are waking up and starting to fight back.
Eugenicist Bill Gates has never made it secret that he wants to cull the world’s population, or that vaccines are his preferred method of doing so. For anyone not able to keep up so far, this is it. DNA-based mandatory vaccinations that contain nanotechnology will not only give the ruling class a complete database of everyone’s DNA but can isolate people to be targeted by 5G… hence social distancing.
The tech giants, social media, etc. are already collecting data. If you’re someone that steps out of the official narrative, you can be isolated and terminated at will. From Mike Adams at Natural News:

The draconian measures taken by governors, mayors, et.al., as written earlier, are just a preview of what is to come. The mayor of Kansas City, MO is already ordering churches to keep an inventory of who attends. This is all about totalitarian control targeting anyone who speaks out against the official narrative. You-Tube and other social media platforms are removing any content that disputes what the WHO says. All of our freedoms are at stake and President Trump can’t do this alone. Many “keyboard warriors” are doing a lot of talking waiting for the president to save the day. The only one that can save you is you.
These edicts are not only unconstitutional but unlawful as well. The sad truth is that most Americans are woefully ignorant of the Constitution as well as their own rights.

Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards, and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin of the victim.”
“The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.”9
The globalists depend on your ignorance of your rights — they’re only rights if you declare them. The government will do everything in their power to strip you of these rights. The Constitution was written to limit the power of government, not the individual. Rights come from God, not the government; that’s why they’re targeting churches. It’s up to you, you have three choices: you can wait for the president to make everything right, you can succumb to the edicts — that will only get more draconian, or you can start standing up for yourselves.
