A cryptocurrency project will undergo various phases from launch, development, beta testing and finally release of the software product. In each of these phases, the people behind the project will experience long working hours, exhaustion, and frustration as they put out bugs, fix and maintain servers and communicate with a growing expectant community. All these hardships will someday all be worth it when they see their project become successful. They will finally feel elation when their coin project finally hits high valuations as the coin market prices in the features they laboriously built into their coin or token.
Some members of the community have a love-hate relationship with the developers and moderators in the Deep Onion forum. It is a love relationship when everything is running smoothly and everyone gets along and help one another as they enjoy the high price of Deep Onion. It is a hate relationship when the developers and moderators feel sometimes that the community is too demanding and fails to understand difficult situations that they are undergoing. On the other hand, the community sometimes feels that the developers and moderators do not value or appreciate their contribution and support and feels neglected and that they are being treated unfairly.
Sometimes the drive and focus in the Deep Onion forum to achieve its goals are so intense that we forget we are still dealing with human beings. Everyone is still an emotional being and is not perfect. Developers and moderators do make mistakes and sometimes comes short on theirs assigned tasks. The jobs of the moderators are also not easy and they can spend long hours to check and fix problems. They also have administrative duties that are so many that they also get tired at frustrated sometimes. Community members are also just humans that are carried away sometimes by their emotions because they invested time, hard work and hard earned money in Deep Onion. Community members are trying to balance their real jobs, business, family and their contributions to Deep Onion. Sometimes they also get tired and frustrated if there are problems in Deep Onion that affects them. We need encouragement, support and understanding from one another if we expect to achieve the goals we set forth for Deep Onion.
The recent changes in the Deep Onion forum with regards to DeepPoints systems, domination tasks and bounty payments have put a temporary strain between some members and some of the developers and moderators. It is good that some who were list affected by the changes and the hard work done behind the scenes are quick to remind everyone that both parties are just humans and can make mistakes. The levelheaded ones asked for calm and understanding. It is for the betterment of Deep Onion.
It is a good thing that cooperation and understanding are the hallmarks of Deep Onion from the very beginning. A simple reminder to all keeps us in check as we strive to make Deep Onion and its community all working together to achieve our goals.
