If you send 5000 DEFECTIVECS to @holoz0r on BitShares, along with the memo of a Steemit post, the following will happen:
- I will look at the post.
- I will upvote it, if it is of excellent quality.
- If it is deemed to be an excellent, superior post, I will Resteem it.
