Carl Jung was a psychologist who started Freud and psychoanalysis, but broke up with Freud because of differences in opinion. The academic breakthrough that hurt both scholars was an opportunity to further the theoretical foundation of the in-depth psychological analysis. Jung has already had both money and honor because he was a big man in psychology, but he entered a period of chipping to develop his theory.
Jung began a dangerous inner adventure that could become a schizophrenic during this period, writing and exploring numerous images. Jung developed his own independent theory and later wrote many works. Goethe like Jung, who wrote a Faust for a lifetime while producing other works, also put together the fantasies that he experienced during this period. This work does not know whether or not Jung tried to publish it. However, it can be said that the prologue and the epilogue are incomplete.
However, I think that his theory is not welcomed by both sides because of the stigma that is philosophically and scientifically unclear because of his religiously somewhat blasphemous illusions and theories. But it can be a theory that can serve as a compass for modern people who are easily lost between religion, philosophy and science. I have read his works for about 10 years and now I know that I have a translation of RED BOOK. The translation was published in 2012, and it is now a mystery why it could be found. I really wanted to read RED BOOK because I kept looking.
After Jung's death, the Jung family read this book and decided that the world was not ready to accept it and sealed it. In 2009, scholars began studying Redbooks. It is very disgruntled that this book was released after several decades. Already in the arts and philosophy there is an honor in the 1960s when it comes to the end of the vanguard (now seems a little stagnant). Now, when you read this book, you will see that the problem that Jung has already pointed out is gradually being proved inductively in the results of many human deaths or damages. There will be many sacrifices to follow. I became aware of the importance of avant-garde in unexpected areas.

The contents are hard to concentrate somewhat because other thoughts come up. This point must be taken into account and is also a feature of the theory of Jung. I recommend this book if you want to put only one book of Jung in the bookcase.
칼 융은 프로이트와 정신 분석을 시작한 심리학자였는데 프로이트과 견해 차이로 인해 결별했다. 두 학자 모두에게 큰 상처를 준 학문적 결별은 이 후 융이 심층심리분석의 이론적 토대를 다지기 위한 기회이기도 했다. 융은 이미 심리학계에서 거물이었기 때문에 돈과 명예를 모두 가진 입장이었으나, 자신의 이론을 발전시키기 위해 칩거기간에 들어갔다.
융은 이 기간동안 정신분열이 될 수도 있는 위험한 내면모험을 시작했고, 수많은 이미지들을 그리고 쓰고 사색했다. 융은 자신의 독립적인 이론을 발전시켰고 이후에 많은 저작을 냈다. 다른 작품을 내면서도 평생에 걸쳐 파우스트를 쓴 괴테처럼 융 또한 이 시기에 겪은 환상들을 정리해놓았다. 이 저작은 융이 출판하려고 했는지 아닌지는 알 수 없다. 다만 프롤로그, 미완의 에필로그가 있는 점을 미루어 출판을 예비했다고는 볼 수 있다.
아무튼 그의 이론은 종교적으로는 다소 신성모독적인 환상과 이론때문에, 철학과 과학적으로는 명확하지 않은 스탠스 때문에 양측에서 환영받지 못한다고 나는 생각한다. 하지만 종교와 철학, 과학 사이에서 길을 잃기 쉬운 현대인에게 나침반 역할을 할 수 있는 이론이 될 수 있다고 본다. 10년정도 그의 저작들을 읽어왔는데 이제야 RED BOOK의 번역본이 나왔음을 알게 됐다. 2012년에 번역본이 출간됐는데 왜 이제서야 찾을 수 있었는지는 미스테리다. RED BOOK은 정말 읽어보고 싶어서 계속 찾아봤기 때문이다.
융이 죽고 난뒤 융의 가족들은 이 저서를 읽고 세상이 받아들일 준비가 안됐다고 보고 봉인하기로 결정했다. 2009년에 들어서야 학자들이 레드북을 연구하게 됐다. 이 저서가 수십년이 지난 뒤에 공개된 것이 심히 불만이다. 이미 예술분야나 철학분야는 1960년대에 전위의 끝을 달려(지금은 조금 주춤한 것 같다) 영광을 누리고 있기 때문이다. 지금와서 이 책을 읽으면 융이 이미 지적했던 문제가 수많은 인류가 죽거나 피해를 보고 있는 결과에서 귀납적으로 점차 증명되고 있음을 보게 된다. 해결하려면 또 다시 수많은 희생이 따라야 할 것이다. 의외의 분야에서 아방가르드의 중요성을 알게 됐다.
전위(아방가르드)는 백신이다.
내용은 다소 집중하기 어려운데 자꾸 다른 생각들이 떠오르기 때문이다. 이 점은 감안해야 하며 융 이론의 특징이기도 하다. 책장에 단 한권의 융의 책을 꽂고 싶으면 이 책을 권한다.
