The homemade mustard-herb-marinade need the following ingredients:
-Mustard (4x tablespoon)
-Oil (4x tablespoon)
-various herbs (dill, parsley, spring onion, red onion and garlic)

Wenn ihr nun auch so ein leckeres Steak haben wollt, dann seit ihr hier genau richtig. 😃
Die hausgemachte Senf-Kräuter-Marinade benötigt folgende Zutaten:
-Senf (4x Esslöffel)
-Öl (4x Esslöffel)
-verschiedene Kräuter (Dill, Petersilie, Frühlingszwiebel, rote Zwiebel und Knoblauch)
-Gewürze (Salz und Peffer)

First cut all the vegetables and herbs -> and mix them in the next step with the mustard and the oil.
💡 By the way, the aromas are stored by the oil. These volatilize by the addition of oil slower and and can move so ingeniously into the meat.

Die Marinade bereiten wir als erstes zu, damit wir nachher keinen Zeitstress bekommen...
Schneidet dafür zuerst das ganze Gemüse und die Kräuter -> und mixt diese im nächsten Schritt mit dem Senf und dem Öl.
💡 Übrigens werden durch das Öl die Aromen gespeichert. Diese verflüchtigen sich durch die Beigabe von Öl langsamer und und können so genial in das Fleisch einziehen.

I got a 750g colossus for that. Even though I probably will not eat it today, I can put some delicious cold strips of it on a loaf of bread or in a wrap tomorrow.
💡 To ensure that the meat cooks evenly and that it is tender, you should remove the steak from the fridge before frying. Let it sit for a while until it has reached room temperature.

Ich habe mir dafür einen 750g Koloss besorgt. Auch wenn ich diesen heute wahrscheinlich nicht aufgegessen bekomme, so kann ich morgen leckere kalte Streifen davon auf ein Brot oder in einen Wrap legen.
💡 Damit das Fleisch gleichmäßig gar wird und es schön zart wird solltet ihr das Steak vor dem Braten aus dem Kühlschrank holen. Lasst es einige Zeit liegen, bis es Zimmertemperatur angenommen hat.

Im nächsten Schritt nehmt ihr Alufolie, ölt diese gut ein und legt das Steak darein. Nun könnt ihr auch eure leckere selbstgemacht Marinade auftragen.

Because the steak will now bake in the oven and it's wrapped in foil, you'll need to use a steak thermometer. You can get it cheaply in any homewares shop for 3-4$ ;-)
The temperature in the oven should be at 110 degrees so that the steak could bake nice and slow.
💡 Basically, a steak rarer is around 48 to 54 degrees - At 55 to 59 degrees, the steak is medium - at 60 to 62 degrees it gets well done.

Weil das Steak jetzt in den Ofen kommt und es in Alufolie gewickelt wird, ist es nötig, dass ihr ein Steak Thermometer einsetzt. Dieses bekommt ihr günstig in jedem Haushaltswaren-Geschäft für 3-4 € ;-)
Die Temperatur im Ofen sollte so bei 110grad liegen, damit das Steak schön langsam gar wird.
💡 Grundsätzlich ist ein Steak bei etwa 48 bis 54 Grad rare - Bei 55 bis 59 Grad wird das Steak medium - bei 60 bis 62 Grad wird es dann well done (gut durch).

Nachdem ihr das Steak aus dem Ofen geholt habt, solltet ihr es noch 2-3 Minuten ruhen lassen. In der Zeit können sich der Fleischsaft noch besser verteilen und das Steak wird saftiger und zarter.
