In the early-stage democratized countries, ignorant citizens always elect deceptive politicians to be their leaders and the deceptive always misleads their own people. As result, the decisions cause them the ownership over their countries and become victims.
In such circumstances, the one and only right way is to increase people's awareness in political participation and observation through cultivating their fundamental analysis so they will never unknowingly elect those inconsistent politicians and become the scarce recourse for the country to develop from third to first world countries with their maximum speed.
