Well... that was a failure. I felt good after about 20 hrs of fasting. this would have been 2 hours post workout but then the brain fog set in and the will power left town. wound up eating 6 homemade tamales with Mexican rice and it was fantastic!! After I was able to corral my inner fat kid. I did some research and I believe I was sodium deficient, so today I introduced Himalayan sea salt. I worked out after 18 hrs of fasting and at a grass fed burger afterwords. I'm going to try the extended fast again tomorrow and I'll report on how it goes.
