Had a better day. didnt work out until the 20th hr of the fast and ate a quest bar after a 90 min workout. Honestly the longer I go into a fast before I workout the better I feel during training. got home and was able to control myself better. (I think this is due to the added sodium) (Made my inner fat kid hush) Hopefully I'll behave this weekend and not wreck my progress. This is an everyday struggle but I believe I have been lied to most of my life about nutrition by those in control and retraining 38 year old habits isn't going to happen overnight.
