I have been intermittent fasting and following a pseudo keto diet for around 1 month now and wanted to share some results. I'm down 9 pounds to a weight of 187lbs and I've started training after fasting for 17 hrs. this is suppose to increase my natural hgh levels and burn fat at a higher rate. today I've continued my fast for a couple hrs after working out instead of eating immediately afterwards. Feel pretty good so far. I'll check in tomorrow to let you know about how long I made it and when brain fog set in.
