In a nutshell, it allows anyone with a Gab account to comment on any URL on the web. It can't be censored, and it can't be blocked. Now, every website has a comment section and there's no more fancy SJW algorithms to decide which content ends up on the top. We're approaching a free market of ideas on the web and I, for one, think that's a really good thing.
