So I had my mind set on my latest project to make a steampunk chess set, it just so happened that I had the chance to take a weekend woodworking workshop which I've procrastinated in taking for two years. Anyway, I was super excited that we get to make a bar stool from scratch.
but then I thought, what am I gonna do with just one bar stool? So then comes the light bulb moment. I've decided to make the bar stool into my chess board. After a few weeks of getting the right materials for the project, it was time to bring everything together. I must say I'm quite proud of the end result.
