In this video, I turn three unused Sony NP-BX1 camera batteries into a functional 12V power bank! These generic batteries were no longer holding full capacity, so instead of tossing them, I reused them in a DIY 3S lithium-ion setup. I walk you through soldering the cells, using a 3S charging module, adding a buck converter for USB output, and mounting everything inside a jiffy box. It's messy and scrappy but it works! Perfect for powering LED strips or charging your phone on the go. Watch till the end for a full test and a few bonus upgrades!
