Hello dear friends!
Let me share my easy DIY project for today ....it´s an upholstery work for a friend of mine who requested to do it for her. As I have the tacker and her reserved fabric, I gladly did the job with enthusiasm, afterall,... I love working with the electric tacker.

The first thing was to remove the soiled fabric so I took out the screws first so I could remove the old fabric. With the right tool size, I was able to take out the screws.

I cut the new fabric and added a wadding material made of polyester, put back the long screw then covered the seat in place then tack it. But uh uh oh, the screw became too short. LOL! I didn´t realize that I added a thick wadding to give volume to the seat. I didn´t have the longer screws so I had to drive to the hardware and get longer ones.

I inserted the longer screws back into the holes , tack the fabric and the wadding material , the excess fabric was cut.

The longer screws were inserted and turned tighter so that each seat doesn´t get loose after times of using. And so friends, this was the finished project for today and my friend is so happy now that both her rustic chairs are done.

Until next time... take care!
