The biggest one for me is the China problem. With cheap manufacturing and cheap electricity China has taken over the biggest portion of crypto mining when we check which regions the miners are coming from. You are not really dcentralized the when the Chinese military/police knock on the doors of your miners. In this regard STEEM is actually a lot more decentrralized (EOS isn't due to Chinese block producers and stakeholders voting for each other)
The other 2 reasons are just reasons to reduce the amount of BTC in your crypto portfolio. It's seriously overvalued and I think the next bull run would be the one to cement the utility of Alt-Coins.
