A bit of a crazy talk if you ask me. If anything, many people believe the tariffs he is raging will be harmful to the economy. Chances are, people will seek to dethrone him instead.
In a typical Trump fashion, he let this out on Twitter. Who doesn't like good drama?
On the subject of the tariffs, I hope he is using it as political leverage and doesn't think it would solve anything. The former is a matter of playing political cards to get what he wants for USA. The latter is a foolish endeavor that will hurt average citizens.
Then again, given the types of candidates that are out there right now, he may not be too far off that claim. Many people favor large-scale social programs from our broke as crap government. Nobody stops and asks where the funding is going to come from outside of massive tax hikes.
It's only 2019 right now, but we all know the next clown fiesta is right around the corner next fall. Donald Trump might win based on fear alone.
