The drafting of Andrew Luck was a not a hard decision when he came out of Stamford. He was one of the best three quarterback prospects of all time.
Indianapolis had one of the others in Peyton Manning. He missed the previous season with a neck injury opening the door to draft Luck.
Would the Colts do it again?
This writer makes the case of no. In fact, he sizes up Luck as a bust overall. He only played 86 games for them, never winning a title.
Manning went on to 4 more good years in Denver picking up another SB along the way.
