
This might at first glance appear counter intuitive and negative but we all know a to-do list can help keep you on task, but sometimes creating a to-don’t list can sometimes be just as helpful.
The idea behind creating one is exactly what it sounds like: create a list of all the things you shouldn’t do that day and in the process, getting you out of bad habits and thus wasting time.
A very interesting concept I might just try from those nice people at lifehacker.com :-)
