In the news today is that major mainstream site E-Trade are moving to introduce BTC and ETH trading to there platform.
This is big in my opinion as it opens the door to mainstream investors to buy and trade crypto's through a company that they know and trust. Many mainstream investors steer clear of crypto because it has a bit of a reputation problem, but this move adds legitimacy to the crypto space.
If E-Trade have success with this, many other stock brokers and investment firms will follow and the entire ecosystem will benefit from greater availability and legitimacy.
