We need term-limits in the senate, among many of the changes needed. The senate has a lot of corrupted individuals. Chuck Schumer asked the Chief Justice if he knew when there was a tie could he vote. That's what she-Senator Murkowski was talking about.. Chief Justice politely told Schumer he knew of the Case 150 years ago.
