This is a good thing. How do you migrate to another country and then seek social services benefits? No, this country cannot accept people who have no means of support. We have enough U.S. citizens, many of whom, do in fact work who rely on social services benefits. Lets take care of our own via social services benefits. Other countries need to take care of their own people.
