Zack Wheeler could be the 16th trade between the Mets and Yankees. Since 1966 there were only 15 deals between the city rivals.
The Yankees are in desperate need of starting pitching and Wheeler might be the best starter on the trade market. With the Mets out of contention, they are going to leverage Wheeler for the best deal.
