The weekend is finally here and I'm trying out some morning sessions to supplement the evenings when I have time.
Morning sessions can help energise the rest of my day and help me burn some fat. I have done morning gym sessions in the past and they really do help in so many ways. I felt alot more productive and alert when doing them.
So I'm getting back into good habits with a lighter session this morning. Last night I made some gains with attempts at D16s but it was far from a perfect score.
Will focus on the simple movements again this morning and see how I get on.
But yeah, just playing the game is damn fun so come hang and say hey if you're browsing this morning :)
