Today I want to share with you this complete routine, it is composed with a sequence of asanas that we will repeat several times, to rejoice the muscles and joints of the legs.
What is the end? ... Well, open your hips and achieve SPLIT side and front.
As you can see, I can do the front SPLIT, but I need little to achieve the lateral SPLIT, so ... I will take a challenge to do routines to open the hips and show you how much time can be achieved completely.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta rutina completa, está compuesta con una secuencia de asanas que repetiremos varias veces, para rejarla los musculos y articulaciones de las piernas.
¿Cuál es el fin?... Bueno, abrir tus caderas y lograr hacer el SPLIT lateral y frontal.
Como puedes observar, puedo hacer el SPLIT frontal, pero, me hace falta poco para lograr el SPLIT lateral, así que... Tomaré como un reto hacer rutinas para abrir las caderas y así mostrarte en cuanto tiempo se puede lograr por completo.
