Lot of steemit user face this problem during uploading video on steemit plate from through different websites the main website which give you this error again and again due to maintenance So, i make video tutorial for you help how to solve this problem See if you have chrome browser see very right upper Conner you see 3 dot click on it then you see drop down list and 3rd option is incognito mode you can open your website through private browsing and in this way your video upload.
