This Salad is inspired by a middle eastern cuisine. Its refreshing, cool, and very good for digestion.
- Slice the onion and cucumber in to dice, add it in a bowl.
- Beat the natural yoghurt until smooth in consistency.
- Add salt and dried mint. Adjust the seasoning.
- Serve cool.
Its easy to make, and you will be surprise how the combinations of flavors blend really well altogether.
