“No choice” or what? You gonna arrest them? Take people’s kid away? Close down the school of no teachers submit? It’s ludicrous! Clearly this is more of the same old governmental tactic of proposing overstepping bills.
Put it out there and watch for public reaction. If resistance is high, they scale back the bill, but still push the bill through. After enough time goes by, they amend the bill’s expanding its reach. However, by this time the public outcry is minimal. They do this state by state with all sorts of crazy ass laws.

Law enforcement has been pining for a nation wide DNA data bank for years. The RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) have been expanding upon a criminal DNA data bank to include those of missing persons and their families.
With the recent legalization of marijuana police can now pull anyone over they suspect of being high and administer a dna swab.
Whoever they decide to charge for taking blood from the dead. It won’t be their money, because they have no money. Their money is your money, whether they bill you directly or use the money from the taxes you pay into.
No other state does this, but they might if the citizens of Arizona don’t fight this bill hard enough.
It’s coming though. They don’t want people driving themselves. If they drive themselves, they might go places the government doesn’t want them to go. People might drive out of the city and enjoy some nature. Can’t have that! Those lands are for elite use only. Well, that’s the future we can look forward too if the people behind the curtain can help it.
Yeah exactly. That’s because solving crimes is the ostensible reason while the real reason is to have everyone by the chromosomes. With your DNA on file they could do anything with it. Frame you, clone you, designer diseases that could target a particular group of people. Who knows what other applications are possible. One thing is for sure, they really want everyones DNA.

Okay so if they used DNA testing to catch this guy, then why do they need everyone’s DNA? I mean if you are already busting criminals without the bill, why do you need everyone? Is everybody a criminal now? Well clearly it’s got nothing to do with criminal cases.

There’s a billboard I’ve seen around.
It’s actually a campaign to get more racial minorities to donate stem cells and thus grow their bank. Ostensibly this is for a good thing, to fight blood cancer. But the marketing lines m “Share Your DNA” and “Swab the world”. C’mon! These are absolutely for programming purposes.
