That's right he's the newest minnow on the block(chain.) He has been working his tail off creating great posts, engaging and stacking SP every week. He is a dedicated loving Steemian who is very deserving of minnowhood and beyond.
He is also an amazingly fun person. He is dedicated to his family, community and his insanely fun hobby, Legos.
When @SPARKESY43 joined our @doer-minnows project he was at around 300 SP.(if my memory serves me right.) That was about 4 months ago. That's around 12.5SP a week on average! Great job brother! And with his strong desire to be a one and a little help from all those that support him, he is now a minnow. Here is a look at his progress in the form of a chart...

And from here, I can imagine, he will continue his climb until he takes his place as a giant amongst the whales. We all wish you the best of luck dear friend. It has been a pleasure having the honors of knowing such a great person and wonderful Steemian! I look forward to continuing onward.
Now we focus on our newest goal of helping our newest member here to Steemit/PALnetwith delegations to help them interact and flourish here.
Just in case anyone reading this is unaware....our newest members that join Steemit do not receive enough RCs to easily interact and post here. So if you are able, please try to find a newbie to offer a delegation to. It only takes a 50SP delegation to allow them the freedom we all enjoyed when we started.
