GeekFam manages to take 3-0 against Sterling Global Dragons (SGD) in the recently concluded Grand Finals of the ESL Hamburg SEA Qualifiers. In Game 1, Raven’s Spectre went on to hunt down the support heroes of SGD, despite the Slark of SGD being too fat. The Hand of Midas made a huge difference for GeekFam, it helped Raven’s Spectre to catch up in farm and secure key items for attacking and eliminating the heroes of the opposing team. In Game 2, Raven’s Faceless Void manages to hit a 5-man Chronosphere effectively eliminating the chances of SGD Esports to farm and get fat early. Raven catches them with two game winning Chronospheres. As for Kuku, he has been consistently the past days as an offlaner, I just hope to continue to win games and improve a lot. With tonight’s victory, GeekFam joins the directly invited teams that are participating for the ESL Hamburg which are as follows: Virtus Pro, TNC Predator and Vici Gaming.
