What do you think about 'Deepfake' technology?

We are living in an era where technology has made it possible to create the things which were hitherto considered impossible or we have heard about them in science fictions only.

Deepfake is such an innovative technology in which Artificial Intelligence can superimpose existing images and videos of persons onto the source images and videos and can generate a fake images and videos in which real person would be seen doing the things which they never did in reality. It means by the help of this technology one can make fake videos of leaders (or anything) in which they would be seen doing things that they never had done.

So, it can create fake videos which would become impossible to segregate from the real one.

So, what is your opinion about this technology?

It seems very scary. It can create a state of chaos and disorder.

It is a very interesting technology which can be used for the benefit of humanity.

I have no idea.

I don't care.
