Do you see any value on imaginary dApp tokens?

Some of the applications using the STEEM blockchain distributes imaginary tokens. and promote them.

Gamification is a good mechanic for the applications, but imaginary tokens are not all we can do. I personally have trouble finding value on this tokens/shares.

Note: I don't buy the "once SMTs are out" argument. They have generally a traditional database to store the token distribution and the distribution is not easily verifiable. Even some of them revoke your share if your account is blacklisted somehow.
