How many accounts have you claimed via RC?
Remember how the RC system allows you to claim free accounts on Steem? Instead of burning Steem, or invest them, for the new accounts, you use a regenerative resource.
It would appear that process has slowed down since HF20 went live. You can read more from @paulag. It could be the bear market, but there are definitely other factors at play.
Let's forget about new users for a bit and focus on existing Steemians.
How many accounts have you claimed since HF20?
I am not talking about tokens for claiming free accounts. I am asking for number of accounts you have created. It does not matter if it is for yourself, your friends, or random strangers.
If you are hoarding account creation tokens, you may let the community know as well.
