Always remember, it is comforting to note that this gentleman, who is a former lawyer, and also a fellow Montreal citizen, like myself, is noting that uselessness of this law that has come to this city, in the province of Quebec. In this video shows you how despicable draconian way a Montreal private citizen who just wasn't wearing was treated by the police. It was also not just one cop but up to four to handle this person. This person would be charged $400 to about $6000 dollars. My conclusion is that since Montreal has been pulled so far to the left, this whole city's system needs a HUGE reform. Thankyouverymuch.
