經常看到別人在 Steemit參加各種劃畫比賽,很羨慕大家的才華，而我只能遠望欣賞因為畫畫這一門，我絕對是個白痴。
I often read with envy many Steemians enter drawing challenges, and always admire their beautiful drawings. Sadly, I'm such an idiot in drawing, so all I can do is watch.
這星期見到 @helene 舉辦的比賽題目是'手'，心想這好像比較簡單，可能我這個白痴也應付得來(你真是太天真耶)，馬上找筆和道具。桌上有滑鼠剛好可用上。
This week I saw that @helene had set 'Hand' as the topic in the drawing challenge, and thought that sounds quite simple, maybe even I can manage that (Girl, you don't know how wrong you are!), so immediately grabbed my colouring pencils and prop ~ my mouse would do just fine.
出師不利，畫Steemit logo 已是歪歪斜斜 😣
Well, I didn't start off well at all, and made a bit of mess of the Steemit logo, it looks a bit wonky 😆
看人家帖子都是先畫外型，我就跟著做。
When reading others' drawing challenge posts, they always start off with an outline, so I did that too.
細看照片，原來手背現了不少血管和靜脈，還有皺紋，很難畫。(原來我這個白痴真是高估了自己!) 出來的效果好像手有污漬。於是我就集中在滑鼠跟手表上的顏色，無求分散大家的注意力。
Looking closely at my photo, there's quite a lot of veins and wrinkles on the back of my hand and was difficult to draw, (Girl, you've really over estimated yourself!) and it turned out like I've got stains on my hand. So I decided to focus on the colours of the mouse and my watchband to divert everyone's attention.
手表帶的陰影也很難畫(好像整副圖也很難畫😫)，輕輕加點黑色，但感覺不像影，又像污漬。
The shadow beneath my watchband was difficult to get right as well (actually the whole drawing was difficult 😥). I darkened the area a little bit to get a shade but it still turned out like I had stains on my wrist.
最後再加深輪廓，和畫上確認簽名。
Finally I accentuated the outline again and added my Steemit verification.
看上簡單一只手也畫了我 40分鐘。畫家們，我向你致敬!!
What looked like a simple drawing of a hand still took me a good 40 minutes, so hats off to all of you artists out there!
