There is an Divine positivity source and all you got to do is use it. A good way of thinking positive is by starting your day positive. When you wake up, give thanks for everything in your life. Look at whatever sorrounds you and give thanks to it even if you have enough of it. By being greatful you will experience more bliss. Your day is going to be different if you didnt do that. Do that everyday and see how your life changes. You can attract great things with the ability of seing the positive in things. These are things that can be positive for you long term.
When life hits you you will be more prepared to turn things good, when you learn to see the divine in everything. This isnt as hard as it sounds, when it becomes a habit. Life can give you struggles, but these were given to you cause you can overcome them! If there wasnt a way of not being positive, what was positivity then worth? Nothing! When you gain the power of constant accepting life is too easy. You are already full, but your soul wants to experience that fullness. Thats why you came here with the intention of growing. And that is a sign that you are already on your way to fulfilment. There are many ways how you can improve your whole life if you are persistent and dont give up on it.
Write everything down that you like about yourself
Take your notebook and write it down. I call this the self love list. You will get in a positive mood about yourself when you do that. You can actually realise "oh there many things i like about me". The more you write the better you feel. A great thing about this method is that you can always read your self love list when you are in bad mood. Your relationships will be better when you do that cause when you love yourself, other people feel that vibe. They will see them in you and realise that they can do the same. Your world view will be different if you know your self worth. Everybody has unique streghts and if you focus only on the positive everyday you can make a difference. Important is that you dont push away what seems bad to you. No matter how hard you try to push it away it wont go because it can´t. When you accept it it will go by itself. Your life is ment to be good and it will be worth it.
Focus your mind on the now
Many reasons why you may feel negative if because of your mind. Your mind is like a factory, it can produce good circumstances or bad. Focus your mind on the now, and you will be able to see the good in life now. You have access to the positivity every moment but when your holding onto the past, you wont be able to recieve the gift of the now. If you just dont judge everything that happened to you, it will be alot easier to be present. When your walking outside on the street look in the peoples faces and remind yourself of their heart. What they really are, not what they show you. Most people are afraid to be themself cause of past hurts, that is not how you be happy. A free positive life is what you want? then allow yourself to be free.
Meditate after you wake up
Meditate as much as you can and you will find even more than positivity you will find divinity. Meditating after you wake up affects the rest ofm your day. Sometimes you wont be doing that cause you feel a rush to do something else. Being able to overstand that and relax your mind for only 5 minutes, makes you more self aware and self caring. You can compare it to cleaning up your messy room. Of course sometimes you just dont want to do it, but if you do not clean up it gets even worse and your attitude will be like "who cares how messy my room is, i´ll do it later. Habits are influencing us the most, there are habits that serve us and ones that dont. Write down all your habits and determinate all that dont bring you further. All the outside goals you have are only suppliments to a good life. They can be easily taken away from you without asking. At the end your inner peace will stay forever no matter what happens and thats what you focus on if you want to become spiritual successful.
Reflect on yourself
Another great way is to reflect what you are doing. You cant reflect on what you are cause thats in you heart and not in your mind. But you can reflect on what you are doing when you feel negative. This is the best skill you can have on your journey, because when you do this you are your own teacher and student at the same time. Reflecting is like you look at yourself from the outside. That helps you in so many areas of life where you have problems progressing. When you are mad at someone you can always look at that situatio from outside and think: "why do i feel like this" or "why do i think anyone in this world can lower my self esteem". Reflecting can better your relationships and your self esteem, because it can be used to reflect on what is good about you too. Use it as the ultimate tool when your ego is triggered. Try to step aside for a minute and look at it from a perspective you never looked at it. When you reflect you become more self aware about you and those around you.
Vision yourself living the greatest life
The power of imagination is stunning. You can imagine everything you want to. By using your creativity you can feel insipred and blessed. Everything that you can imagine is there for a reason. It exists somewhere in this universe. You may not experience it right now but somewhere in your heart it is already there. Vision can also make your self esteem go up quickly when you feel discouraged. Our vision gives us faith, it is the fuel we use to keep going. Your vision is very real and you can experience it when you act on it. Your vision is to be the greatest? See others as the greatest too and feel that you are the greatest and you can attract this reality soon. Be aware that this vision is unstoppable it doesnt depend on other peoples opinion. If you can vision you doing what you want that is supposed to be your reason of existence. Your soul already knows who it is, it is god. But your soul wants to experience being god. We as humans are god even when we fear to experience it, we are not seperated. You are not only part of god, you are god to the fullest and when you allow yourself to let go of the seperation believe you can experience it like jesus did. There is one beingin the universe that resembles multible humans.
