A band from Bristol formed in 1987 by Andrew "Mushroom" Vowles, Grant "Daddy G" Marshall and 3-D (whose real name is Robert Del Naja) also known as Banksy :P
In the early 1990s they were the pioneering force behind the rise of hip-hop Bristol-style trip-hop, but more instrumental and abstract with jazz influences.
