I've been using Pringles in my recipes for some time now. If you've ever had one of my BB-CheeseDogs you'll know how great crushed Pringles works on them.
In this episode I make a chicken schnitzel of sorts... the difference (aside from doing it on the braai of course): Yip... using crushed Pringles! I made this for a party at Pringles' offices when they launched their new Cheesy Cheese flavour... in this episode, I use their Nacho Cheese... The tortilla chips give it that extra crunch. YUM!
This is a delicious and easy alternative to a "regular chicken schnitzel"... Check out the video and give it a try... you won't be disappointed!
