Today I wanted to quickly talk to you all about figuring out what kind of investor you are going to be.
Finding this out isn't easy. It comes with a lot of failure, uncertainty, and learning.
When I first got my start, I had just learned about compound interest. I never knew that my money could make me more money! I was hooked. I immediately went out and got involved in a stock fund. I slowly learned about the mechanics of the stock market, the irrational emotional decision making, the impact of news stories, the importance of corporate earnings, and much more.
Later, I discovered precious metals. I learned about the reality of our fiat monetary system and how precious metals could protect you from the downside. I quickly went out and bought as much silver as I could.
Even further down the road, I learned about cryptocurrency (I wish I learned about it before I bought all that silver). I bought my share of crypto.
While you might figure out that you like to just work with one type of investment (i.e. real estate), I've learned about myself, that I enjoy being involved with many different asset classes.
I'm now looking to create businesses out of my knowledge of each asset class.
I've learned that there are premiums placed on precious metals and coins, but you can buy them at a lower price, then sell at the premium. The hard part is buying cheap, but once you find the right price, you can easily sell. My interest in precious metals has now turned into a very part-time business.
Now I'm looking towards flipping assets on flippa.com...

I want to get started in the real estate business as well.
There are so many options. Though, if I didn't get started with coin flipping, I probably would still be looking for a formula to help me reach the capital needed to buy and sell real estate and digital assets.
What I hope you get from this video is the sense of urgency to get started in something. There is no reason to wait for the right amount of money or the right time. Just go out and get started in something that interests you!
