Today I have another tough but needed dialogue! Mental illness should not be taboo and we should encourage people to seek help when they need it. Further, I discuss my own struggle and ask for forgiveness from those I have hurt or upset. I hope this video helps someone <3 Remember asking for help is a sign of strength! Be strong friends!!!! <3
