I LOVE this! keeping me motivated for 2018! i keep a routine with a girlfriend of mine.. we meet at 6:30 every morning..catch up, have some coffee with a little coconut oil in it..do body weight and kettle bell reps of whatever part of the body we are focusing on that day and then finish it off with a protien shake. All done before we head to work for the day. We keep each other motivated by being consistent, switching it up and relying on each other to call in the morning if were running late hahah. We also keep each other motivated by pointing out what is changing on our bodies.. if she's got new definition i haven't noticed before...i tell her! and if my butt is looking good she gives it right back:) it also keeps us body positive. I am super interested in pole fit and haven't attended a class yet. you have definitely inspired me to go try one @polebird !
