Hey guys this is my Day 2 video for the 7 push up 77 day challenge organised by @nathanmars and @actifit for promoting steem over twitter.This challenge has been a huge learning curve for me as it has helped me in getting my lazy ass up to do daily exercise for atleat 10-15 mins and also it has helped in understanding how to work with the camera and record videography in a proper way.I would also like thank to @steemflow and @iamjadeline for their advice on my previous video.
So while this challenge has been hugely successful on twitter with lots of people joining in and promoting steem. I found that few people were facing some problems as they were not able to do these push ups on the ground as there biceps could not handle their body weight. Thankfully there are many variations which are easy to do.I saw some of the participants doing wall push-up and counter push up. Personally I would suggest the beginners to do the bent knee push ups as it is super easy and is known to help develop your strength quicker. In this video I have demonstrated how to do bent knee push ups.All you get to do is place your knee on the floor lock your toe one over the other and and then the normal push up motion. It had helped me a lot when when I started doing it for the first time. So do try it and let me know if you liked it.
